Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are $19.99 Canadian, (Approximately $13.00 US Dollars) per package for prescription items.

All orders placed by husbands and wives will be treated as separate orders and will each be charged a shipping charge.

In cooperation with Canadapost, you may track your prescription drug order once it has been shipped through our website.

It takes 10-14 business days to process your prescriptions once we have your COMPLETE patient profile and your VALID American prescription, plus 7 to 10 business days for shipping your prescription drug order. 

If you do not hear from us after 18 days, please call us at 1-877-542-3330 for your tracking number. Then you can track your prescription drug order.



Privacy Policy

Protecting your privacy is important to WeJustFillPrescriptions.com ("WJFP"). This Policy explains how WJFP uses and discloses the personal information collected from and provided by you while using WJFP's Web site (the "Main Site"). Any personal information collected or provided to us through the Main Site will be treated with care, and subject to this Policy, will not be used or disclosed in ways to which you have not consented.

Any Order information provided to us on the site where you place an order (the “Secure Site”) will be treated subject to the terms provided in the order form which you should review prior to providing that information.

The Main Site and Secure Site are collectively referred to as the “Site”.

By using the Site, you signify your consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you may not use the Site.

Information Automatically Collected
Like many other web sites, the Site automatically collects certain non-identifiable information regarding Site users, such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer, the date and time you access the Site, your operating system, the sections of the Site you visit, and the materials you post to or download from the Site. This non-identifiable information is used for Site administration and improvement. Your non-identifiable information may be disclosed to others and permanently archived for future use.

During your use of the Site, you may decide to voluntarily provide personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, and telephone number when asked for purposes such as communicating with WJFP. WJFP may use your personal information to contact and correspond with you, to respond to your inquiries, and as otherwise permitted by law. If you provide your email address, WJFP may send to you, from time to time, email containing information about WJFP and other matters it believes will interest you. Personal information provided to place an order on the Secure Site will be protected as stated in the privacy terms of the order form.

If WJFP is involved in a merger or other reorganization, WJFP may disclose your personal information to the resulting organization. Also, WJFP must cooperate fully should a situation arise where WJFP is required by law or a legal authority to release your personal information. WJFP takes reasonable precautions to avoid the unauthorized disclosure of your personal information. Nevertheless, due to the nature of the Internet, security and privacy risks cannot be eliminated therefore WJFP cannot guarantee that your personal information will not be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Policy. You may request access to your personal information and information about WJFP's collection, use and disclosure of that information by contacting WJFP at privacy@WeJustFillPrescriptions.com. Subject to certain legal exceptions, you will be given reasonable access to your personal information, and you will be entitled to challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information and to have it amended as appropriate.

Tracking Information
WJFP may use and share with our partners non-personal statistical or demographic information which cannot be connected to the identities or other personal information of individual users for research purposes.

Other Matters
The Site may contain links to other websites which collect information about you voluntarily or through cookies. WJFP has no responsibility or liability for or control over those other websites. If you stop using the Site or your permission to use the Site is terminated by WJFP, WJFP may continue to use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Policy as amended from time to time. This Policy may be changed by WJFP from time to time in WJFP's sole discretion and without any prior notice or liability to you or any other person. Return Policy

The Pharmacist shall not accept the return for use or re-use of any portion of any drug or non-prescription medication (College of Pharmacists Standard 5.1 (m) Standards of Practice - The Pharmacist, Jan. 1, 1996)
